Welcome To Hunua.

Located in a unique and picturesque rural setting of Hunua, this property is immersed in untouched New Zealand scenery. It boasts vast, quiet and private surroundings as well as adjacency to a variety of outdoor adventures, activities and exploration.

Roughly a 50 minute drive from Auckland CBD and less than 15 minutes from Papakura town and the motorway interchange, you feel a world away whilst having ease of access to amenities.

Hunua is a rural area where the central part comprises of easy undulating to rolling hilly land, which is surrounded by steeper countryside. This in which the subject lies, while the eastern side adjoins a large tract of land, the Auckland Regional Council’s Hunua Reserve and Water Catchment area. Land uses are mainly rural/residential or lifestyle holdings though some larger conventional farms remain which are used for dairying, fattening purposes and some running of specialised livestock.

With the subdivision that has taken place over the last 25 years there has been a marked increase in population. It is a pleasant area where the saleability of all categories of land is generally good as it is within easy commuting distance of Papakura, the southern suburbs and also to central Auckland. However, the main access being through the gorge, where there is a major quarry, is detraction for some people.
